Q: How much does it cost to Vend?
A: It will be $35 for a space to vend.Q: Can I share a vending spot with a friend who is also selling?
A: Yes, you may share vending tables; however, there is an additional $5 per vendor at the table (2 vendors sharing a table will be $40).Q: Will tables and Chairs be provided?
A: Because this is an outdoor event, tables and chairs will not be provided. All vendors will need to bring their own setup.Q: Will I get time to set up?
A: Of course! Vendors may set up before the event begins (details will be sent to vendors).Q: What is the Deadline?

Q: What type of performances are allowed?
A: Dance covers, vocal performances, and instrumental acts are welcome!Q: How long can my performance be?
A: All performances must be under 10 minutes to keep the schedule flowing.Q: Will there be a sound check?
A: Yes, limited sound checks will be available before the event. More details will be shared once performers are confirmed.Q: Is there a performance fee or payment?
A: No fee is required to perform, and performers are not paid. This is a community event celebrating K-pop and culture.Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring any props, outfits, or items you’ll need for your performance. Water and snacks will be available for performers.Q: Can I promote my group or channel?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to share your social media handles during your intro so the audience can follow you.Q: What is the Registration Deadline?

Q: Do I need experience to volunteer?
A: No experience is necessary! We'll provide guidance. Just bring a positive attitude and willingness to help.Q: How long is the volunteer shift?
A: Shifts are flexible. We'll break them down depending on your availability.Q: What kinds of tasks will I be doing?
A: Volunteers help with:
- Setup & teardown (tables, chairs, decorations)
- Assisting performers and vendors
- Running activity stations (photocard exchange, games, random dance play)
- Crowd engagement & info booth supportQ: Can I still enjoy the event while volunteering?
A: Yes! Shifts are designed so you’ll have time to experience the festival while still helping out.
Q: Is there an age requirement?
A: Volunteers should be 16+, or younger with parent/guardian permission and supervision.

Q: How much does it cost to be a food vendor?
A: Food vendor registration is $75 per approved food vendor space.Q: What is included with the food vendor fee?
A: A designated outdoor vending space within the festival grounds. Additional setup instructions and event logistics will be provided to confirmed vendors before the event.Q: Is the event indoors or outdoors?
A: The festival is fully outdoors. Vendors should prepare accordingly for weather conditions, outdoor setup, and parking lot surfaces.
A building will be available on-site for limited use if needed. Keep in mind that the indoor space is limited and cannot be guaranteed for all vendors. Vendors should still plan primarily for an outdoor setup and operation.Q: Are food trucks allowed?
A: Yes! Food trucks, trailers, pop-up kitchens, tent vendors, dessert vendors, and beverage vendors are all welcome to apply.Q: Will electricity be available?
A: Limited electricity may be available depending on venue access. Vendors needing electricity should indicate this during registration.
Quiet generators may be permitted if approved by organizers.Q: Can I cook food onsite?
A: Yes, onsite cooking is permitted if vendors follow all local health and fire safety requirements.Q: What should I bring?
A: Vendors should bring everything needed for their setup, including:

Tent weights

Cooking equipment
Extension cords

Cleaning supplies
